Yoga is to align your energy and geometry with the sacred geometry of the entire universe! With aligned, spiritual and intentional practice you will align with your highest potential.

Carolina's very nature is a radiant messenger of standards and love, purification and discernment in all she explains, teaches and displays as an example for others. Everything she shares seems to be held to an invisible spiritual standard, yet with  so much love and support, never is there any sign of rigidity or severity with her message. Her life work, is all this and more, striving to perfect the inner fire within each loving soul.
